A Winter Warm-Up – 978 Kilojoules

  • 2 scoops of your favourite Formula 1 shake flavour.
  • 250 ml warm semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).
  • 2 Tbsp cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).

Add cold milk to your powder first and stir for consistency, then add your warm milk slowly. Delicious!
